Postpartum Zoom Workout Class

Pilates type exercises that strengthen deep core muscles, helps mild Diastasis Recti and mild incontinece. This class will help rid the body of the aches and pains post pregnancy and get your body back to regular exercises again! 6 weeks long class. Tuesday and Thursday 7AM-7:30AM PDT. $90
