Zoom Workout Class Schedule

Spring 2021

Class Description
Bootcamp & HIIT (BC/HIIT)

30 minute class. 

NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED. 

All body weight.   This class is designed to get your heart rate up.  There are high and low impact exercises.  Intervals and/or circuits depending on the day.  This class will have cardio and body weight resistance training exercises. Be prepared to work hard in this class! All levels of fitness welcome. Modifications and progressions will be given. 

Strength Training  (ST)

30 minute class.  

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Tube bands and/or Dumbbells.

This class will be focused on strengthening every muscle group of the body using more than body weight.  There will be no cardio in this class.
